Home baking

Ok, so yesterday my daughter threw down the home baking gauntlet, I accepted the challenge and have been busy in the kitchen today, scones, loaf of bread, victoria sponge and sticky date loaf. 
Back to work tomorrow, over the past four weeks I have been using up my leave allowance by working two and three day weeks, I have greatly enjoyed the me time but back to reality!
