Fried Rice

Another day, another mobile upload! I haven't posted a food blip for quite a while. Loved this meal that G whipped up in twenty minutes. It was delicious, but I particularly liked the way she cut up the eggs. So cute! The pine nuts were a nice touch too.

Been home all day, mostly trying to sort out health insurance; and later logo designs. Also tidying up or rather moving things round as we have guests here on Saturday afternoon. There's nothing like having people over to get your house sorted; that's what I always say.

And in a very unexpected turn of events, another owner from the complex in Cyprus would like his flat furnished! Dilemma... That and what to do for my big blip tomorrow!
