Know when i need guidents.
Today was such a day.
I am passionate about my job. So when i am faced with a challange i will do my best to insure everything goes as smoothly as possible. I made a decision today to limit customers as we had a group of 28 walkers walk in.
Lack of communication from managment caused a headache that needent of been.
Im not managment. Im not even supervisor and i yet..i do the job. Our customers think im managment because i do so much front of house. I get paid the same as everyone else.

Im pleased to say all diners where more than happy and said they will return soon. Everything ran smoothly. And yet im made to feel like ive done wrong somehow.
