Circles of hell

I would reserve my First Circle of Hell for people with personalised number plates. My second circle would be reserved for those who struggle to achieve personalisation  via approximations and black screw caps.

Having said that, there is something  beguiling about this chap's slightly desperate effort to match his number plate with his occupation.
