10.2C and mostly cloudy, but bright rather than dull. One or two short smir showers in the morning. Moderate Westerly breeze.

Maeve the Deerhound woke when the radio came on at 6.20am. Almost made it to the alarm clock. We went for our usual slow wander.

Maeve and I went for a walk after lunch. We went round to the harbour. Then we wandered back along Longrow. I decided to stay home with Maeve this afternoon.
