Evening Outdoor Gym

Sale Water park. Tried to get to Rivington for a run over Winterhill and just gave up because of the traffic.
Ended up at SaleWp had a jog round then Hill reps up and down this .
Many reps infact.  Many, many Reps. More Reps than I could count.
I lost count at 3. Don't want to over do it. Now that I've made an appointment with the Kwak and immediately started feeling better...
