Footy

Lovely day for footy after work on Wednesday, it wasn't too hot but the sun was out and it was perfect for playing in. Shame then that only seven of us made it, resulting in an hour and a half of 3 vs 4 which got pretty knackering at times (and for the team of 4 meant a really small goal to aim at). Still it was a lot of fun and probably the best exercise I've had in a while (excepting the cycle into work every day).

Off to the Paralympics on Thursday evening with tickets to the evening session of the athletics, which means I get to watch GB's Jonnie Peacock take on Oscar Pistorius in the 100m final - it's going to be epic!
