Gravestone Graveyard

Swung past S's granny again today. We don't chat much but it's nice to visit anyway and I re-lit a candle for her. She'd have been 114 this year!
On the way back I noticed this gravestone graveyard, piles & piles of stones and monuments. I guess they're from plots where the maintenance hasn't been paid and the plots get re-used. But can you re-use a gravestone? Maybe like retreading a tyre?
Back to sunny Edinburgh this evening, this trip's been short but sweet. And we'll be back again pretty soon.
