Health Beauty & Lifestyle Show

Today we attended the first morning, of the 2 day Health Beauty & Lifestyle Show....which is being held further up the coast......
We browsed through the many displays and demonstrations....while enjoying cups of good coffee!
The stand which really caught our attention was that of
" Make A Smile"
Here there were organic vegetables, fruits, nuts, eggs and olive oil......all grown and reared by volunteers.....who are helping the children of the Emaus charity to be self sufficient in foodstuffs, .....and, also by selling the excess produce, to raise money for the daily needs of the young people and their carers.
