The most exclusive of coffee shops

A really lovely day, characterised by coast and hills.
Him Outdoors and I cycled this morning and I coped pretty well with being back in the hills. He is in training and so waited for me at the tops!
We came home to a packed picnic and so after breakfast, Ona and I were taken to the starting point for our 8 mile walk from Perranporth to Porthtowan. It was absolutely breathtaking and the welcome sight of our van with the kettle on in the back made for a great finish. We were their first (and only) customers but we were extremely grateful.
Back to the sea this evening for Rick Stein's chish and fips while the sun set over Fistral. Bliss!
