"Close of Play " Days End Through the Railings!

A bit of a emergency blip + an experiment in focus! Quiet like the effect!
Jimmy and Mrs A S taken to their "away lesson" this morning, and then at the physio for me help with the follow up to my stride and step realignment. An exerciser regime is now in place and a reassessment in four weeks.
Hump day for those at work ;) all down hill to the weekend now ;0)
