Back blip

Mr Lif isn't too keen on these bright wee flowers but I think they bring a welcome splash of (garish) colour to the spring garden!

Another evening walk/run with JB. A fast walking pace was set by Ms B as she had already warmed her legs up with a 4miler in the afternoon! I think they were having a mild grumble by the end but we didn't die!
