Adios Aggie

Aggies last day today and her poor owner is one of the ones hit really badly by the rental scam. Paid a years rent up front 2 months ago, only one of the 4 cheques will of cleared so she is 9 months rent out of pocket. And a good chance the actual owner of the apartment will demand the 9 months rent again or be evicted.

Problem is no-one quite seems to know if the tenancy agreements are even legal.
