Where did the sun go???

I had a very busy day at work and I felt tired and not in the mood for training, when I left. 

The energy returned once I got started though and I had super training with all 3 boys.

We finished with a walk in the woods.

The weather has been cild and windy - rather disappointing after weeks of sun and spring.
