Colour for a dull Wet Grey Day

We have had some heavy showers today and it is cold. We have got of lightly compared to parts of the North Island were there is floods, landslides and closures as record-breaking rain has hit the area. 

I had good and not so good news about my eye today.

The nurse called me used my middle name which was odd and had never happened before. She wasn't very friendly and asked why I was here and before I could answer said I must have asked for this appointment as I should not be too be here until six weeks. After some time that got sorted and she told me that she had not read the notes correctly.

The house surgeon looked at my eye and said it were healing extremely well. Then she said she wanted me to have a scan. When she looked at the scan she said she wanted the specialist to look at them. He looked in my eyes and then they looked at the scans. I was told my vison should be a lot better than what it was, but give it another month and that may come right. 

When I spoke to the house surgeon I told her when I had my eyes tested by my optometrist said he didn't know how I could see at all. She said thats what she thought when she looked at these scans today as both eyes are affected and was so worried.

Hopfully in a months time the results will be better. The surgeon couldn't have repaired it all properly.
