April showers

Crossing the Nelson hills. This side of Tasman Bay it was cold and bleak but little wind or rain although there was 8mm of rain in the night and it has just started again at 5pm.

I walked this morning, spent the day scanning old photos and then decided about 3pm it was good enough to go and see what the tide was doing. Felt so much better and warmer for getting out for a brisk walk.

The daisies still flowering down by the Janie Seddon. Bit gloomy but at least Cyclone Debbie has bypassed us so far. Our thoughts with those up north suffering from her foul mood.
