Jump Off

We went over to The Marshwalk this evening and noticed this bald eagle eating his dinner over on the far eastern edge of Goat Island.
I made my way out onto the walkway that extends out onto the inlet there where I could get a slightly closer view.
I only had the little point and shoot with me (the 'goat cam') but managed to get a shot as the eagle jumped off from his location after finishing dinner.
