Paralympics Men's 800m

I spent another fun day at the Olympic Park today, watching the Paralympics athletics in the morning and the men's 7-a-side football later on. What some athletes can achieve is quite remarkable. In the 800m the men demonstrate great precision and upper body strength. This is Josh Cassidy from Canada head-to-head with Gyu Dae Kim from Korea.

In the afternoon I saw Brazil draw 1-1 with Ukraine and then Team GB beat USA handsomely 4-0 !
