Guts

A friend gave me a bag of sheep guts today. It's called 'Ser u pey', 'head and foot' meaning all of the insides of a sheep from head to toe. I'm 'kindly' donating it to a refugee family who want it- J has gone to their home now to get rid of the awful smell! Our car now stinks. I can't think of anything worse than cleaning, cooking it (stuffing it with rice etc) let alone eating it.
