Out in the country

Went out on my bike this morning to a farm shop that is just near this wee burn. Hard work getting there as there was a stiff head wind, and hills, so the cuppa was welcome. Bought a few things and was blown back home.
Just time to get changed and have some lunch before a couple of hours litter picking in the nature area - it's now looking good, how long will it last? Collected a wide variety of things including 3 odd socks, several items of clothing, football, golf ball, kitchen bin (and lid form a different bin), garden bird feeder, bike and road sign.
Put the last 2 patches into my quilt, now will have a big task backing and finishing it.
Mr Rat gave the lawn its first cut.
