Feathering His Nest
So much going on in the garden today, just had to do a collage. The Blue Tits were so busy, backwards and forwards from the nest box, carrying bits for the nest. So were the Starlings, carrying twigs longer than they were. The Waxwings had been gathered in the big tree again, then all flew off and they all landed onto two TV aerials on houses at the end of the street, they made me smile, looking as if they were in the circle waiting for the show to start. However the most surprising thing happened when one of the Blue Tits spotted the Goldfinches minding their own business eating the Nyger seed. He flew at them and knocked one of them off the feeder, so they flew away in disgust.
