my anchor arrived! it's huge, and much heavier than I expected - it took three guys to get it from the van to the back door on a trolley then lift it into the kitchen and on to its plinth. it's so cool, I really like it all white.

so, I've been skirting round it all day getting a bit nervous about doing anything to it, but I had a go at pencilling some of the side design so I've started and just want to get on with it now. I tried the paint too and it goes on well. wish I could take the next month off to get on with it...
