Moschatel
Had one of my all-day walks with the spaniel through and over the Beech wood 'hangers' that characterise the north facing slopes of the South Downs above Bignor in West Sussex. We crossed Bignor Hill in a thick cold mist but it brightened up later and I saw a couple of Red Admirals. I noticed lots of moschatel (sometimes called Townhall clock) in the woods.
