Drake Smew

A tiny white and black diving duck seen on our walk this afternoon at Blair Drummond. It is a rare visitor to the UK so we are very lucky to have seen it three times recently. It was away in the middle of the loch and unfortunately I don't have one of those huge lenses to capture wonderful wildlife photos. However I wanted to record the fact that I had seen it.

Rona got very muddy in  the process!!
