The Vintage Tractor Run

Busy day really. I slightly overslept so was chasing my tail all day.

We held a Vintage Tractor Run in conjunction with our local YFC club which started from the farm. As a result we provided tea and coffee for the participants and spectators. It is fair to say I was a bit disheveled as I appeared from upstairs and then helped Mr Tbay to serve coffee etc, who was way ahead of me ! Anyway by 10:30 we waved the tractors off which included three of ours .

The weather was wonderful and they had all enjoyed themselves when they arrived at the Pub just across the road from the farm at 1:00 pm. Little Miss , her aunt and myself all had lunch with them plus Mr Tbay Jnr who joined us when she had finished work.

Mrs and Mrs V arrived and Miss G to continue work on their new home. More painting , sanding and general titivating before they can move into their new abode a few weeks time.

Then it was home to pack and be ready for 3:30 as we needed to be on the road to get to Peterborough by 7:30. It was a good run and we made it comfortably. We stayed at a Premier Inn which was brilliant and all we needed for a night. Tomorrow is the Tractors toy fair at Spalding so a very excited Mr Tbay this evening!
