Another Tiny Treasure

Dear Diary,

This is a little Dala horse that I got at the American Swedish Institute in Minneapolis.  I always try to bring back one small item as a remembrance of a trip.  I could have gotten something at the Museum of Russian Art but this tiny red horse was so charming and I knew it would fit right in on the mantle. 

I was proud of myself for resisting numerous temptations and settling on just one souvenir.  Frankly, in my little house I am running out of space to display things! 

I worked all day yesterday on my Northfield Alphabet poster which I will share tomorrow. Speaking of tomorrow...another storm is heading our way beginning early in the morning.  8-12" they are saying.  Matt did a fine job of digging me out yesterday and he will be back on Wednesday to dig me out yet again.  This is really wearing thin.  Where is Spring!!!
