Temazcal

A temazcal is a type of sweat lodge in the ancient Aztec tradition.  It's a vapour bath which you can enter four times if you like for the four portals east west north and south;  you sing when you're inside or chant or do nothing or bead on a drum and if you want really hot air you can stand up inside and if you don't want really hot air is sit down and put your head close to the ground where the air is cooler when you come out you feel like you're being born again you are better than herbal teas; you may be wrapped in a sheet and sometimes given a massage and then it starts all over again.
