Still odd just walking the dog

Its been now three weeks since we lost Milly and six months since we lost her brother Snoopy. Yet I can't get used to only having the two dogs Rusty and Teddy to walk , I still look over my shoulder wondering where the other two are.......maybe in the dunes or way behind me rolling in something  .
I have talked to my better half about getting another  pup , but I think the pain of losing them is still to raw.
