Early Bluebell
Springtime’s graceful arch
Awakening the woodland
A blue carillon
Continuing, albeit in potentially feeble terms, the National Poetry Writing Month, or NaPoWriMo2017. Not an easy haiku after a splendid lunch with friends at which we undertook to sample several extraordinarily fine whiskies. This was one of the many early bluebells in Damery Wood this morning. We normally walk there and back, but today we drove, Janet not yet being ready for a long hike. They'll be better yet in time, and I'll be back for the whole woodland shot. And now, snooze... oh, who are we kidding, early night and passing out. lol.
