White for peace

It was hard to know what to blip today. I have a few interior images of the language school I attended training at, images of the course materials, a shot from inside a micro bus complete with soldier in the front seat and shots of daily life in downtown.

I settled on this plain white Islamic style wall decoration as a small tribute to a colleague who died this morning. While we never spoke much, she was always friendly. From what I understand, she died during surgery to treat a blood clot on her brain. Unfortunately I hear many similar stories here, and this is now that bit closer to home.
