Solomon's Temple

The Dopski and I had a lovely early morning walk up through the woods to 'The Princess Castle', otherwise known as Solomon's Temple. The views were gorgeous and the sunshine and birdsong, lovely. If you look very closely, you can see The Dopski, but she takes some finding!

The extra is a big carved plaque as you start the walk depicting the story of the lime kiln miners, the fossils found below and the woodland above - very nice!

On our return we had a sneaky hot chocolate and toasted tea cake in Poole's Cavern Cafe and watched all the birds on the feeders.
