Great day out.

Our WI had a wonderful day out visiting the home of Welsh chef,Gareth Richards. This time he demonstrated a variety of dishes suitable for Easter and some super seasonal flower arrangements.We had morning coffee with home made biscuits,lunch after the cookery demo including the dishes cooked earlier.The flower arranging in the afternoon was followed by tea and the remainder of the sweet and savoury food .It was all delicious and needless to say I came home feeling I wouldn't need to eat for a week!
