Or at least pressure washing the filthy patio at the front of the house. Unfortunately dads pressure washer wasn't working properly, even after a squirt of WD40 on a rusty stiff nut. A quick trip to Argos remedied that and the patio looks like new, apart from the fact I've washed out a good deal of grout from between the slabs! Oh well that's a job for another day. Other happenings:- put a plug on mums bedroom lamp for her. Toms off to a band practice this evening. Oh and I must remember to pack the tortoise lamp up to send to Toria. She needs a new bedside lamp, the old one belonged to her ex of four years and she wants to give it back to him. I know what I'd like to do with it!!
