Afternoon Treats

Because the whole family couldn't be together last week, I had my own special Mother's Day today. Beth and Maisie spent the weekend baking and producing a table full of delights. We had brie and bacon toasts, smoked salmon sandwiches (with the crusts cut off!!), fruit scones, creme brulee tarts and individual black forest cakes. All washed down with Prosecco.

I am an incredibly lucky Mum!

(At least this food was a lot more appetising than yesterday's sausage roll sandwich!)
