Frosty

Went up to the peaks today for a ride. Was super frosty and dry and clear but marred by some false economy bike maintenance. Replaced the chain and thought i could get a bit more life out of the cassette. But it was very worn and I didn't check it before heading to the Peaks. Result: slippy, skippety chain, it was so annoying and i could only ride slowly uphill. Ggggrrrrr... Ended up cutting my ride short and went to the pub.

Still such great weather and good company made up for it.

A bad day on the bike is still better than a good day at work.
