Old Gramaphone

My father bought this for himself many many years ago, and just recently my sister asked if I wanted it, as she had been keeping it safely since his death.
I have some needles, and needle sharpening tool (I think). Plus some 78's to play on it. But I probably need to do some TLC with it first.
I've found a pamplet on line, so will just have to try to understand it.
