Up and out first thing to catch trains to meet the 09.45 Ardrossan-Brodick ferry. And so began the Five Ferries day of cyling on Arran, Kintyre, Cowal Peninsula and Bute with justsitting and jaybroek.

Grand! 68 miles of riding involving coastal rollouts, strenuous climbs, rapid descents, sweeping this and undulating that.
