the end

christmas decs came down today. much as i love christmas, i love taking the decorations down. i'm really looking forward to this year and i just can't wait to get going.

i managed to surface from under the duvet today. hoorah. braved the sales and brought myself a camel back thingy. running 10k doesn't really justify it's use so i'm going to have to up the miles i think! one of my resolutions is to run a half marathon. oh dear.
