Seeing red
Isn't it wonderful how red berries can really zing up a late summer's landscape. This was taken on the moorland where I often walk with the dogs and looks towards Glen Turret where the reservoir is. At the back of the foreground you can see young conifers which were planted some few years ago and they mean that one day this wonderful view will be obscured by trees.
The sun shone for most of the day and while not overly warm it was perfect to continue my work in the garden!
