Fish are so exciting!
An early start after a late night.
First stop was Jesmond Tennis Club to help with Ella and Nathaniel's tennis lesson. I don't think we have a budding Johanna Konta, much less an Andy Murray!
After tennis we went to Exhibition Park where they ran about a lot more, and climbed up the rope ladders, went down slides etc before we had a bit of lunch in the cafe. The children's food was junk so they weren't allowed it, so got smoked salmon bagels. I had junk - a bacon and egg stottie which was perfect for the slight hangover.
After a bit of the kids pretending to do a show on the bandstand we headed off to the garden centre to meet Ella's friend Harley, and to look at the fish while their mum had a look at some plants.
Now we are home and about to watch "The Good Fight" on catch up - a follow-up to "The Good Wife".
