Waiting Room

Photo choice was easy today. This was the only one I took.

I've been referred for physiotherapy on my neck/shoulder/back (the list grows) and today was the assessment appointment.

I was able to head over there in my lunch hour so hopefully the treatment sessions will be just as convenient.
