Red billed gull vs spoonbill

Lone spoonbill at the estuary was being followed by 2 gulls. After a while they appeared to get bored with that and decided to give the spoonbill a fright by dive bombing it. Needless to say the spoonbill was less than impressed, and moved off smartly!

The gulls were also monstering the stilts, esp the young ones - also in extras.

The sun came out, and the spoonbill gave itself a good shake and continued feeding - in extras.
