... of temperatures over 15 degrees, someone decided to put the deckchairs out. They must also have phoned round some fast food merchants to bring along their hot food vans. 

It did attract some sun-seekers, including a couple who look like they brought along a bag of beach balls?

What next? import some sand? All a bit extreme for a day in Harrogate.
