Ideal Home Exhibition

We met up with my brother and partner at 7.45am for him to drive us to The Ideal Home Exhibition being held at Crystal Palace, London. We arrived just after 10am to park on a drive that he'd rented a few streets away.

Mrs BB and I, last went to the IHE in 2002 when it was held at Earls Court and had a fabulous time. Some years earlier when my sister, Clare (then 19) went with her best friend Judith who won the prize draw of a £250K house Hertfordshire or £100K cash. Judith took the £100K cash!  That house would probably be worth over a £1million now....

The blip foto shows the main hall with a couple of houses built for the show and the revolving house by designer George Clark who's often on tv.

The extra shows Mrs BB having her hair braided free of charge in one of the many stands. We thoroughly enjoyed the day but don't think it's as good as the alst time we went.
