Narcissus

So, after a long journey yesterday, today, we only had an hour and a half until we would realy Le Manoir du Hilguy, which is the one of the French homes of the Holiday Property Bond where we will be staying this week.
However, we could not really get into our property until around 3pm, so had to come up with another plan. Disembarking the ferry at soon after 8am meant we were in Quimper for soon after 9:30 and had a good wander round and a cup of coffee.
Then we headed to Benodet where we knew of a wonderful creperie that served savoury galettes - delicious!
After a short stroll along the rather windy seashore, we arrived at Le Manoir(see extra) and were allowed to settle in to our cottage.
There are 16 of us altogether spread over 5 cottages - none of us are in the main house this time.
It's a wonderful site and having been here a few times before, we are quite familiar with the area and love it. The grounds are full of lovely flowers and very well maintained - here are some Narcissus from the borders.
An evening of games for the boys and an evening of catching up with blip for me :)
