Home to rain and a very cold house. Last Friday the gas central heating boiler was serviced and by Saturday evening had stopped working. All we could do was switch it off and investigate on return. Fortunately we have a tank with electric supply so I've been able to keep warm under my fleece blanket with a hot water bottle, as well as being able to wash etc in hot water.
