betty had grown some things at school which came home today - a chilli plant and two kinds of parsnips., so we'll try not to kill them. daisy made a sweetie dispenser which is cool and has been in constant use since I filled it with jelly beans and skittles. I like it that those two are still bringing stuff they've made home from school!

I went for a sunny 8k run this morning - really sluggish (53.27), but never mind. then a butt/thigh workout, oocha.

I did some work then nipped over to catch edith before she was escorted from the building by ruth. I think she was a bit nervous about actually finishing, but I know she'll get into the swing of it pretty quickly.

home to cook tea then paint a stone for amy's wee betty.
