Let There Be Light!

Our incredibly nice electrician Paul was at work bright and early in Boston this morning.  By the time we had finished checking out of the hotel, and crossed the street to our new place, he had already wired and hung the dining room chandelier and a pair of sconces in the living room, and was well in to installing the ceiling fixture in the foyer.  Here you can see Mr. W "supervising" as he points out which strings of crystals Paul had mistakenly hung inside out!  Paul was very patient and good natured, but I thought it best to gently but firmly remove my husband from the workplace so that progress could continue! 

We are back in Connecticut now, and will stay here until the end of the first week in April, by which time we should be allowed to finally move in, unpack the mountain of boxes, and arrange furniture.
