Another good day at work. Left slightly early to dash home, change and get to the Lifeboat Station on time for Brownies. An interesting, if a little damp, visit which the girls seemed to enjoy.

We also launched a 'Smarties challenge' - they were each given a tube of Smarties to eat and replace with 20p pieces. We'll give the proceeds to Falmouth lifeboat as it is their 150th Year and they are hoping to replace the inshore lifeboat.

The is the magnolia in the front garden that was a gift from Mum and Dad. It's a very slow grower but has lots of flowers on at the moment which my mum will be able to enjoy in person when she comes down next week *does happy dance* :-D
