Stella's Dance Floor-

Winter storm Stella came for a visit on this day with lots of heavy snow and strong winds, and I stumbled upon this spot on my landlord's stone patio where the wind created a vortex that kept the area clear of snow. I sat and watched for awhile as these miniature tornadoes formed, swirling and dancing and then dissolving, depositing the snow off to the sides of the dance floor. It was the most enlightening thing I've done all winter...
